Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-Client will lose the paid amount if rescheduled/canceled less than 24 hours before session.
-Clients 20 minutes late will result in a cancellation and reschedule. Paid amount will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be due upon rescheduling.
If the client chooses to not reschedule, the client will lose the paid amount.
Travel Fee
Travel is included on wedding days up to 20 mile miles from Olathe. A custom quote will be provided for destinations outside this radius. House calls for all other makeup services is $50 + $1.50 per mile travel fee.
Wedding Party Cancellations
- Cancellations must be in writing no less than 180 days prior to your wedding date. Any amount paid is non-refundable. If you cancel within 180 days of your wedding date, 50% of your remaining balance will be due at the time of cancellation.
-Wedding Collections cannot be downgraded less than 90 days prior to your wedding date.
-If you decide to add on faces the day of your wedding, each face will be charged $200 per face.
Service Location Needs
Please be mindful that your getting ready space needs to provide enough room for both myself, assistent, and the bridal party.
